    I sent an email to support@ledseq.com last week about a problem with my order (missing wifi adapter).

    Haven’t heard back. Is that the right place to contact support?

    Thanks for the quick response; apologies for the delay on my end.

    I just forwarded it to you. I sent it twice – once with and once without a photo and invoice attached. My guess is maybe the attachments were too big for a mailserver somewhere.
