    Downloadable graphics would be great.
Like it is in the Moment it is a Blackbox where you cant see if, when or what is downloadad. What is the Goal? Will it be like this, like a push Service or like an app store where you can choose what to download?

Not sure i get you right. on menu selection i can select fx now
    BUT
i am a bad tester, cause it went over the /help site and clicked Activate FX Mode. I am not sure it was there without this step. I can test it tommorow on my second frame.

    1. install firmware
    2. click through with remote and see if fx is there (without going to help page)

now i have 2 patterns installed, which i can change by hitting next on remote when i am in FX Mode

i hope you understand what i try to say 🙂

thank you for your tip, i put an old backup in and the gameframe is fine. so it must be something on the sd Card. perhaps i can find out what it is, otherwise i will make a new sd Card. thanks a lot Jeremy

and my second Frame with the new Firmware does not have this Problem. Puzzeled.

in the same contex i found an odd thing. if you toggel the light in the menu not all stages are shown in the bulp propperly. Stage 4 (as the bar for stage 4 in the bulp) is not show in the bulp even the light setting is changed. (even after restart 😉

I took the non responsive Game Frame and did the following test setup.

    1) teensy from the unresponsive GF
    2) tennsy from the responsive GF
    3) and wifi chip

Test 10 klicks on remote from a defined distance (around 2 Meters) and defined hight (around hight of Fame Frame top)
    3 runs
    counting responsive and unresponsive

    This are the results:
    1)
Round one: 6 responsive 4 not recognized
Round two: 6 responsive 4 not recognized
Round three: 6 responsive 4 not recognized
    2)
Round one: 6 responsive 4 not recognized
Round two: 6 responsive 4 not recognized
Round three: 6 responsive 4 not recognized
    3)
    3 times 10 all responsive

I know ist odd that ist 6 out of 10 all the time for the teensys but it was at different places means different patterns.
The result is that only the wifi is 100% responsive and both teensys are not good in the unresponsive Frame. They behave the same.

in my testing and setting up i was swapping sd Cards back and forth. i had no change in behavior. Therefore i was not alerted on looking on differneces here i may have overseen something. At least i did not felt any differences depending on which sd Card i used.

And sure, i can put the teensy of the original working Frame to the one which had remote issues. as soon as i have the second wlan chip installed.
